Role, Purpose & Goal
The role of Service Works & Solutions is to carry out research, development and innovation of service infrastructure, service processes and service solutions, with the purpose of establishing new service brands.
The goal is to create new ways to meet society's needs for services of any kind.
Special emphasis is placed on projects that use digital technology to create or deliver services.

Our Social Duty
Service Works & Solutions consider it our social duty to share our success with those who are less advantaged. This duty is a core element of our sustainability policy and contributes to long-term social sustainability. We focus on offering support that enhances quality of life within our community through diverse and targeted initiatives.
Owner
Service Works & Solutions is owned and managed by Sigrún Birna Einarsdóttir, who brings over 35 years of experience in service, back-office and business management within small and medium-sized companies in Iceland.
Sigrún holds and BSc in Business Administration with a focus on Service Management and Business Intelligence. She is currently pursuing a MSc in Leadership and Project Management at Bifröst University.

Service Works & Solutions is operated under a quality management framework built on international standards covering innovation, quality management, service management, sustainability and the environment, information and cyber security and data protection.
