The Service Company's role is to carry out research, development and innovation of service infrastructure, service processes and service solutions, with the purpose of establishing new service companies and brands.
The goal is to create new ways to meet society's needs for services of any kind.
Special emphasis is placed on projects based on the latest digital technology to create or deliver services.
Owner
The Service Company ltd. is owned and managed by Sigrún Birna Einarsdóttir, who has over 20 years of experience in service, back-office and operational work at SMC's in Iceland.
Today, Sigrún works as an office manager at Microsoft in Iceland and is also a 3rd year student at the University of Bifröst, where she is studying for a bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on customer service and business intelligence.
Quality
The Service Company is managed and operated in accordance with a quality system, that is based on international management standards for innovation, quality management, service management, environmental management and social responsibility.
Technology
The Service Company always uses the latest digital technology that the company has access to each time, to streamline operations and daily activities and to deliver services, everywhere that it is considered to improve safety, quality, service, or the general user experience.
