Register for the course and complete your payment.

Attend the course and evaluate your experience.

If you are not completely satisfied with your experience, activate the guarantee within 24 hours after the course ends.

To activate the guarantee and request a refund, you only need to fill out a form with the necessary details about yourself and your experience.

Your request will be processed the same day, and a full refund of the course fee will be transferred to your bank account within 24 hours of receiving the claim.

The Quality Guarantee does not apply to group bookings.

The Quality Guarantee is automatically activated when payment for a quick-course is completed.

If your experience with the course did not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund of the course fee by activating the Quality Guarantee.

The guarantee must be activated as soon as possible after the course ends, or within 24 hours. The Quality Guarantee automatically expires 24 hours after the course ends if no refund request has been submitted.

When submitting a refund request, you must explain which factors reduced your experience and what would have been needed for your experience to better meet expectations.

Refunds are transferred to your bank account within 24 hours of receiving the claim. Therefore, your refund request must include your name, email address, ID number (kennitala), and bank account details.

To prevent misuse of union funds through this arrangement, invoices for course fees are not issued until two days after the course has ended, provided no refund request has been submitted. Issued invoices are sent by email on the same day to all participants who have not requested a refund.

If the Quality Guarantee is activated and the participant receives a full refund of the course fee under these terms, no invoice will be issued for the course fee.

Participants may request an invoice for the paid course fee at any time, but by doing so they waive the Quality Guarantee, which is canceled once the invoice is issued.
